Dakar 2010 Tracking Tutorial

The Dakar 2010 Live tracking site appears to be up and running. However if you have never used this site before, follow the instructions below and you will be tracking like "Man Tracker" in no time.

Step 1 - When you click on the link above, you will get a new browser page opening up which looks something like the image below.

Step 2 - Note the green box around the "BIKE" area of the screen. This is where you can track all Motorcycle competitors. Click on the "Follow the stage" link outlined in blue above. The web page should now look like the image below.

Step 3 - Note the blue box around the "Select a participant" button on the screen shot above. Click on this button. The web page should now look like the image below.

Step 4 - Type "74" in the "Search a name or a number" box outlined in blue above.

Step 5 - Click on the "+" symbol outlined in blue in the "Select" box above. This will move Don's name into the "Selected participant" box.

Step 6 - Click on the "Validate" button outlined in blue above.

That's it, you are now tracking Don through the current stage of the Rally. You can also add other competitors to your tracking list. Have fun.
